## Meet Matt Hahn

As an instructor at Western Welding Academy, I believe the best way to learn welding is to do it. That is why I focus on getting students into the booth and keeping them there. At this school, students spend 85% of their training time welding, not watching from a chair. That kind of hands on training is what separates Western Welding Academy from every other program in the country.

What I value most about working here is the commitment to real results. This is a school built by welders for welders, and every instructor on our team brings real field experience into the booth. With over 330 combined years of experience across the instructor team, students here learn from people who have done the work on pipelines, in refineries, and across job sites nationwide.

My goal with every student is simple. I want you to walk out of this program with the technique, the confidence, and the certifications to get hired and perform from day one. Western Welding Academy graduates have a 94% hire rate within 90 days, and that number exists because of what happens in the booth every single day.
