    Prepare for school

    Review and sign your enrollment documents and plan your move to Gillette.

    Finalize enrollment

    Settle tuition and financing, then show up ready to weld.

Before you start

What you'll need

  • No welding experience required

    The Foundational program starts from zero: control the puddle, burn a rod, run clean beads.

  • A few minutes

    The application is short. An admissions advisor follows up to help you pick a program and start date.

  • $350 booth hold

    Reserves your booth and start date once you are admitted. Not included in the program price.

  • $500 housing deposit

    A security deposit for your student housing unit, paid in addition to the program price.

  • A way to get around

    Transportation is not provided. We highly recommend bringing a vehicle, but it is not required.

  • Linens, toiletries and food

    Housing is furnished. Bring blankets, sheets, pillows, toiletries, food and dishes.

Once you are admitted, a $350 booth hold payment reserves your booth and your start date. It is paid in addition to the all-inclusive program price.
